At Renew, we embrace the complexity of human experiences and honor the unique journey of each client. We believe that by offering authentic, compassionate, and trauma-informed care, tailored to the individual, we can support our clients in finding healing, growth, and transformation.

Moreover, we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. We recognize that every person is different, with their own set of experiences, challenges, and strengths. Therefore, we approach therapy with flexibility and openness, drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities and techniques to best meet the needs of each individual client.

Our clinicians are trained in a variety of evidence-based therapy techniques. These include Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
