Find Your Community. Strengthen Your Wellness.
Renew Community Wellness Programs offer non-clinical, trauma-informed spaces for creativity, connection, education, and restoration. These offerings are designed to support emotional well-being and community connection outside of psychotherapy.
Rooted in the same values that guide our clinical work, these programs provide accessible opportunities for individuals to engage in creative expression, peer connection, and mind–body practices in a supportive environment.
While facilitated by trained professionals, Community Wellness Programs are not psychotherapy and do not involve diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic processing. Instead, they offer preventative and supportive experiences that complement, but remain separate from, our clinical services. Participants seeking mental health treatment or experiencing acute distress are encouraged to pursue psychotherapy services. When appropriate, our team can provide referrals or information about clinical support options.
